LOWIS™ 2010 Software
LOWIS software is a client-server network-based, enterprise-wide, well management suite designed to help improve the bottom line for any oil and gas production operation. It includes real-time monitoring, analysis workbenches for all forms of artificial lift, and well services management.
The software application provides real-time monitoring and alarming capabilities coupled with integrated analytical and reporting tools to achieve optimum well performance. Using the program’s analysis workbenches and customizable workflow interface, operators can more quickly identify, prioritize, plan, and service poor performing wells, thereby reducing downtime and the associated production losses.
The combination of built-in score-carding tools and complete well histories available in the WSM module enables producers to develop and implement best practices in failure management. Valuable, historical well data once stored in spreadsheet files on individual desktops can now be stored and shared on central servers. Single-point viewing of data from multiple disparate sources enables the knowledge-sharing process and facilitates better decision making.
The software includes full SCADA functionality for well monitoring and control with a common interface to view and interact with data from multiple sources. It integrates surveillance, analysis, and well service management tools and displays seamless trending, reporting, and graphing. It supports all well types and processes, and prioritizes field and well surveillance opportunities from several methods of wellhead telemetry.
